The effectiveness of the Company is reflected in the fact that it has leveraged its process and machine productivity to emerge as the second largest producer of mosquito coils in the world within just eight months.
The Company designed and installed a crown manufacturing machine in Hyderabad, rated at 2400 components a minute as against 2100 components a minute for competing models. Besides, the company's machine successfully controlled weights less than 205 mg compared to 230 mg on imported machines. These machines were made at a fourth of the cost of the imported equivalent.
The Company has developed its own dyes, inks, lacquers and varnishes.
