These closures are made with moulded PVC and dry blend lining in the most modern, updated and state of the art crown closure manufacturing units, one of which received ISO 9002 certification, within six months of its commencing operations.
Dry blend lining ensures more uniformity and better adhesion for perfect sealing capacity. The crown closures are manufactured in a dust free pressurised condition,
untouched by hand. Sophisticated statistical quality control measures are implemented with the help of computers to detect even the minutest defects in printing, while application of statistical process control to compute crown formation helps
correct even the slightest deviation in dimension. Photo image sensor detects any defect for immediate rectification. |
