Manaksia Ltd. Is a holding company of manufacturing subsidiaries located in India, Nigeria and Ghana, engaged in manufacturing of aluminium, packaging products and iron & steel.

The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary in Nigeria, MINL Limited, was set up in 1996 and is the market leader in ROPP caps and crown corks in Nigeria. It is also involved in the manufacture of galvanised steel, metal colour coated sheets & coils and aluminium alloy ingots for the automotive sector.

The Company has one step-down subsidiary company in Nigeria - Jebba Paper Mills Limited.

Jebba Paper Mills Limited is involved in the manufacture of packaging paper for corrugated boxes, including test liner and fluting liner. The Mill also has a standing plantation of Gmelinaarborea, over an area of 5000 hectares, located in the vicinity of the Mill. Both the plantation and the Mill are located on the banks of River Niger.

Another step-down subsidiary of the company is Dynatech Industries Ghana Limited, located at Accra, Ghana and engaged in the manufacture of flat steel products.

Mark Steels Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary is engaged in the manufacture of sponge iron at Purulia, West Bengal

Manaksia Overseas Limited and Manaksia Ferro Industries Limited are other Indian subsidiaries of the Company.
